 Peter Stefanou - President, CEO.
Mr.
Stefanou, co-founder and president of D&P Software, has guided the
company into one of the premier application solution developers in the
Midwest. D&P Software has
developed world-wide vertical market applications in the sports sector,
automotive industry, trade union business, and investment analysis
marketplace using relational database modeling with SQL Server and Oracle
databases, Active Server Pages (ASP), and HTML/XML. Mr. Stefanou has also established D&P software as a market
leader in the database-driven web development and hosting industry.
A relentless
approach by Mr. Stefanou has allowed D&P Software to forge marketing
and service relationships with the companies involved in key vertical
industries including Chevrolet, Mohawk Industries, Procter and Gamble,
Johnson and Johnson, and Active.com.
Mr. Stefanou has held a wide range of
responsibilities, including business consulting, hardware integration,
marketing strategies, and managing product development. In 1984, Mr.
Stefanou received his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Bachelor of
Arts in Literature from the the University of Cincinnati. |
David E. Rapien - Executive Vice President, CTO.
Mr. Rapien, co-founder, vice-president of D&P Software, and Chief
Technology Officer, has led its application development and web-based
products for a wide range of markets. Mr. Rapien was responsible for the design, development, and
implementation of various enterprise-wide relational database software
applications, including Intra/Extra/Internet business-to-business
applications.
At
Cincinnati Bell, Mr. Rapien was chief system consultant for the
development of a graphical windows interface into the MARCH Phone System
and was responsible for the creation of the Auto Monitoring/Pager System
for Cincinnati Bell’s automated phone system. Mr. Rapien has managed and administered network systems for Procter
and Gamble and co-created and implemented a resource management software
system for Johnson and Johnson. Mr. Rapien has also led the development of a budgeting, planning and
forecasting system for Firstar Bank used in over 20 states by over 3000
users.
In 1995, Mr. Rapien graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of
Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in
Quantitative Analysis, Marketing, and Management. Mr. Rapien also holds a Masters of Business Administration from the
University of Cincinnati. |
Daniel K. Balaloski - Vice President, General Counsel.
Daniel Balaloski is vice president and
general counsel for D&P Software, LLC. He is responsible for the
overall management of the Company's legal department. His practice area
specialties are intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, equity
financing, corporate and other commercial transactions.
Mr. Balaloski received a Juris Doctorate
from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, an MBA in Finance and a
bachelor's of science in Business Administration from The Ohio State
University. Mr. Balaloski is also a Certified Public Accountant. |
Douglas Newberry - Vice President, Marketing.
Mr. Newberry brings 20 years of
professional management experience to the company. Ten years of
progressive responsibilities in the culinary field helped to shape Mr.
Newberry as a creative problem solver whose abilities eventually led him
to be an independent consultant to the hospitality industry. This
experience has given Mr. Newberry considerable business development
expertise. |
William McKinley - Vice President, Business
Development.
Mr. McKinley served as Branch Manager for
a national industrial packaging distributor for 15 years, and brings
comprehensive business management experience to the company. With over 12
years of management experience, Mr. McKinley is a seasoned manager
constantly in tune with the markets. Literate, organized, and educated,
Mr. McKinley possesses the professional corporate experience to
effectively manage the business growth of the company. |
